Join Molly for a 50 minute Kundalini Yoga Practice. Molly will guide you in breathwork, meditation, and a kriya practice. Each class will focus on energetic self-healing, chakra balance, and intentional movement. Kriya practices are designed to restore energy, clear stress, expand your intuition, and so much more. You will leave practice feeling blissed out, energized, and magnetic. No experience is necessary and all classes are beginner-friendly.
