About Me

My name is Molly and I am a yoga teacher specializing in mantra and breath-work practices. I began practicing yoga as a teenager, and found meditation and mantra practices in my adult life. I've found profound healing through Kundalini yoga; now, I'm dedicated to sharing this transformative practice with others.

My teaching style is down-to-earth and realistic, focusing on the small practices that can bring big changes in our lives. The practice I offer blends movement, mantra, and meditation for a holistic approach to healing all levels of Self.
